Order Processing and Dispatch
All orders are processed and dispatched from the UK using Royal Mail. Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 working days from dispatch.
Some items are produced on a print-on-demand basis. These products require additional production time, with an estimated 7–10 working days for production and delivery combined. Any print-on-demand items are clearly indicated on the product page.
Delivery Information
Once dispatched, orders are sent via Royal Mail using a tracked or standard service, depending on the order. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to postal delays.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. Please include clear photographs of the packaging and the damaged item so we can assess and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of the products, we do not accept returns on items that have been opened or used.
Exchanges or refunds are only offered in cases where items are damaged in transit or incorrect items have been supplied, and must be reported within the 7-day window outlined above.
